Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or if there has been a mistake in the order we delivered (wrong item delivered), we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost to you. Here’s how it works:
- Reporting Issues: Please report the damaged or incorrect item within 2 days of receiving your parcel by contacting us via call or WhatsApp.
- Free Exchange: We will arrange for our rider to deliver the correct or replacement item to your doorstep and collect the original parcel at the same time, ensuring minimal inconvenience to you.
- No Shipping Costs: There are no shipping charges for the return and exchange of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
Customer-Initiated Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return your purchase for reasons other than damage or store error, please note the following:
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense.
- Condition of Returned Goods: The returned item must be in new, unused, and original condition.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your bank account if the item meets our return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if the item delivered correctly matches your order. For example, if you order a medium-sized t-shirt and receive a medium-sized t-shirt, it cannot be exchanged for a different size.
